CFA - ACE ("the app") is operated by VentureLK LLC. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account information: email address and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
• Guest accounts: a random identifier only, no personal information.
• Study activity: exam selection, practice attempts, flashcard reviews, mock exam scores, streaks, and XP/level progress, used to power your progress tracking and study plan.
• Subscription status, if you purchase a subscription, processed by Apple/Google and their payment providers — we do not receive or store your payment card details.

How we use this information

We use this information solely to provide and improve the app's core functionality: authenticating your account, tracking your study progress, and personalizing your study plan. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the email below.
